The product features specially formulated cold-resistant TPU sheath material and a flexible conductor structure. After 3,000 consecutive torsion cycles at -45C, the insulation layer showed no cracking and the conductor remained intact

The product utilizes a novel ceramicized fire-resistant silicone rubber insulation material and a special stranding structure. It maintains circuit integrity for over 180 minutes when exposed to 950C flame, while also featuring environmentally friendly characteristics such as low smoke, zero halogen, and flame retardancy.

Test results showed that the cables maintained circuit energization after 90 minutes of exposure to 750C flame, with performance exceeding national standard requirements.

The new production line is equipped with German-imported online eccentricity monitors and partial discharge detection systems, enabling fully automated process control from conductor stranding, triple-layer, continuous vulcanization to finished product testing. Production efficiency has increased by over 30%, with an annual capacity increase of 2,000 kilometers.
