Third Fully Automated Medium-Voltage Cable Production Line Officially Commences Operation

To meet growing domestic and international market demand for medium-voltage cables, People's Cable Group has invested 30 million RMB to introduce its third fully automated medium-voltage cross-linked cable production line, which recently commenced official operation at its Zhejiang production base.

The new production line is equipped with German-imported online eccentricity monitors and partial discharge detection systems, enabling fully automated process control from conductor stranding, triple-layer, continuous vulcanization to finished product testing. Production efficiency has increased by over 30%, with an annual capacity increase of 2,000 kilometers. Consequently, the Group's three production bases now cover over 30,000 square meters of workshop space, with total medium-voltage cable annual capacity reaching 6,000 kilometers, firmly positioning the company at the forefront of the industry.
